Outlook 2003

Summary: Outlook 2003 is one of the products in the Microsoft Office 2003 suite. Outlook should work with OIT MailBox Services, but is not a supported product at this time.

Outlook 2003 should work with OIT MailBox Services. However, if you have problems getting Outlook to work with your email account, please consider using Outlook Express or Thunderbird instead. You may contact the Response Center for assistance, but the level of support is limited for Outlook 2003.

IMAP or POP?
Do you check your email from more than one computer and/or use Webmail?
We recommend IMAP to keep your email in sync.

Configuring Outlook 2003

• Using IMAP (Recommended if you check email from more than 1 computer.)
